1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and mrm88 ("mrm88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mrm88 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at mrm88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or utilising any feature of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing mrm88 from Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other states and territories within Malaysia.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the mrm88 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real money funds and/or bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotion, and which are subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by mrm88 before certain services — including withdrawals above specified thresholds — are made available to a User.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified amount must be wagered before any associated bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on mrm88, Users must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. mrm88 strictly prohibits gambling by minors. Any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated and all funds held in the account returned to the User's verified payment method, net of any bonus amounts.
3. You must be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mrm88 or any other gambling operator.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
6. You must not have previously had an account terminated by mrm88 for breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mrm88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held across all accounts.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

mrm88 reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mrm88 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login information.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mrm88's customer support team immediately via live chat.

5 KYC Verification

mrm88 is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-financial crime principles. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any other time at mrm88's discretion.

You may be required to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad / NRIC, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport);
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document; and/or
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or bank account showing your full name).

mrm88 aims to complete KYC review within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Supported Malaysian payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all participating banks), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. mrm88 does not charge deposit processing fees, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited instantly for e-wallets and DuitNow, and within 5–15 minutes for FPX bank transfers.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been used for prior deposits on your account and that are registered in your legal name. mrm88 reserves the right to require additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes to 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status, the withdrawal amount, and operational review requirements. mrm88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals that are deemed to require further review.

mrm88 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mrm88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each individual promotion, which are to be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all mrm88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet per round applies (typically MYR 25–MYR 50 per spin or bet). Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in use may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any related winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward clearing wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute at 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds must be used within the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from bonus activation). Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one bonus offer may be active at a time. Users may not stack multiple bonuses unless specifically permitted by a promotion's terms.

mrm88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time at its sole discretion, and to disqualify any User from a promotion where mrm88 reasonably suspects abuse or misuse of the promotional offer.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mrm88 platform operate according to the rules published within each individual game. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed in-game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to game outcomes, and these Terms shall prevail for all matters relating to account conduct, payments, and bonuses.

mrm88 utilises certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all digital casino games. RTP percentages displayed for slot games represent theoretical long-term return figures and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the settlement rules applicable to the specific market. mrm88 reserves the right to void bets, correct settlement errors, and postpone settlement pending official result confirmation.

8.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a game or bet, mrm88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. Winnings obtained as a result of a malfunction or system error are not valid and will not be paid out.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mrm88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting");
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any platform feature;
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Use of the platform to launder money or conduct any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to mrm88 at any stage;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account on your behalf;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms; and
• Any activity that mrm88, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be harmful to the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

mrm88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User without legitimate basis;
• Discovery that the User does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3; or
• Any other circumstance in which mrm88 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users, or the User themselves.

Upon account termination for cause, mrm88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where applicable and legally permissible, any funds held in the account pending investigation. Real money funds not subject to active dispute will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users may voluntarily close their accounts by contacting mrm88's customer support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure is processed within 3–5 business days, and all verified real money funds will be returned to the User's nominated payment method.

11 Responsible Gambling

mrm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. mrm88 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, the user's account will be suspended and no new account registrations will be accepted from the same individual.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days without committing to a full self-exclusion.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

mrm88's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mrm88 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

mrm88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mrm88 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mrm88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mrm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mrm88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, mrm88 may also notify Users via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Services after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately and contact customer support to close your account.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a User and mrm88, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels. Users may also contact mrm88's customer support team at any time for assistance in resolving account-related disputes.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
